Job Title: Mitigation Sales
Department: Emergency Services Division
Reports to: Department Manager

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in water/fire restoration
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Effective time management skills
  • Detail orientated and organized

Job Scope: Supports the company in achieving its goals by effectively and efficiently completing all assignments within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, this person must provide immediate emergency response 24-7-365. In order to accomplish these objectives, this person must ensure the timely availability of appropriate resources (manpower, materials, equipment).

Major Responsibilities:

  • Hiring of all personnel (warehouse and ES field staff)
  • Training of all personnel (warehouse and ES field staff)
  • Daily scheduling of work flow
  • Directing all warehouse and field crews
  • Quality Control – spontaneous site inspections
  • Review crew sheets and job costs
  • Any other duties assigned by your manager

 

Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Production
Reports to: Production Manager

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of construction experience
  • Construction degree a plus
  • Commercial construction experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints

Job Scope: Supports the company in achieving its goals by effectively and efficiently managing assigned claims to ensure full accountability for our staff and workmanship by delivering a project that meets and even exceeds the customer's expectation.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling projects
  • Selecting and purchasing material
  • Maintaining budgets
  • Manpower resource management
  • Procuring equipment
  • Overall site management
  • Communication of project with clients
  • Any other duties assigned by your manager

 

Job Title: Field Superintendent
Department: Production
Reports to: Project Manager and/or Production Manager

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of construction work (hands on preferred)
  • 3 + years of hands on site management

Job Scope: Supports the company in achieving its goals by ensuring high-quality workmanship through efficient time management in order to deliver a project that meets and even exceeds the customer's expectation.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handles all project site management through the direction of the Project Manager
  • Controls all schedules provided by the Project Manager
  • Material procurement
  • Equipment procurement
  • Communicates information between Project Manager, Architect, Trades and Client
  • Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager

 

Job Title: Residential Estimator
Department: Residential Sales
Reports to: Residential Manager

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Residential and Light Commercial construction standards and practices.
  • Experience working in the construction and or insurance property claims industry.
  • Experience with construction and property repair estimating
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
  • Ability to develop client base relationships and generate sales opportunities
  • Ability to sell company services and deliver sales
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to multi task and adjust to changing priorities

Job Scope: Supports the company in achieving its goals by creating sales, developing accurate cost estimates for property restoration and selling company services directed at minimizing the financial, physical, and emotional impact associated with property damage.
Major Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Marketing existing and potential referral sources
  • Meeting individual sales goals as directed by management.
  • Conducting site inspections and evaluations
  • Providing professional resources and services to our clients
  • Developing and preparing estimates for construction, structural repair and restoration consistent with established industry standards and practices
  • Develop change orders and communication of cost changes during construction
  • Maintain accurate financial accounting of assigned projects
  • Coordinating with insurance industry professionals, property owners and managers
  • Coordinating with outside resources (architects, engineers, and sub-contractors)
  • Effectively manage multiple projects
  • Monitor project schedules
  • Follow established company process and file management procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by management
