On January 19, 2002, Lake Park Plaza Condominiums experienced two separate fires, apparently the result of arson.   The fires damaged property in the building's basement and numerous individual units.   LPP has hired Universal Restoration Services, with a crew of 50 people, to clean every hallway and all common areas.  Universal Restoration Services is also working with individual residents to restore and clean affected units.
