Client: Brenner Tool and Dye, Bensalem, PA Type of Property: Industrial - Manufacturing / Warehouse Summary: Brenner Tool and Dye specializes in the production and distribution of airplane parts, and employs a high tech and potentially dangerous manufacturing process utilizing a variety of heavy industrial equipment, chemical vats, and associated environmental and hazardous waste control equipment. The Brenner facility is a one story, 414,000 square foot steel building utilized predominantly for manufacturing and equipment storage. Date of Incident: January 24, 2001 Incident/Extent of Damage: An equipment failure caused a fire that affected the entire structure, resulting in significant smoke and soot damage. Universal Restoration Services Solution: Universal Restoration Services responded immediately to the loss and quickly mobilized the restoration team to initially determine the scope of work required, scheduling, and production of the job.
