Type of Property: Condominiums – Tahoe Village Condo Association Summary: Due to an incendiary fire, the Tahoe Village Condominiums sustained extensive structural damage to the pool/clubhouse.  The building and deteriorating foundation had to be completely torn down and removed. Date of Incident: August 8th, 2004 Incident/Extent of Damage: Fire and water damage Universal Restoration Services Solution: Complete re-construction of the building was the only option for repair.  A full set of architectural drawings and specifications were provided in the rebuilding of the new structure.  We built a new pool/clubhouse from the ground up in the existing location of the previous building.  A new modern look and design was a result of the completed new structure. Completion Date: 6/30/2006 Client Benefit: As a result of the re-construction we have been requested to provide quotes for other projects the association board has in the works.
